On the left the living room with gas fireplace, Smart TV, dining area for 6 people and the spacious fully equipped kitchen with SMEG refrigerator. On the right the bedroom with a kingsize box-spring bed in romantic style.

When opening the front door you immediately notice the rustic floor pattern that leads you through the hallway and ends at one of the bathrooms with rain shower, toilet and bathroom furniture.

First floor

The “Master Bedroom” with a queensize  box-spring bed is located on the first floor. You also have your own lounge with Smart TV and a cozy fireplace in the room. An extra toilet and a third bedroom with 2 single box-spring beds are also available on the first floor.

Second floor

The second floor provides access to a romantic bathroom with freestanding bath. Just like in the living room, there is also a modern sound system with docking station and bluetooth connection. You will also find a washing machine , washing products, a dryer, iron, ironing board and drying rack on this floor.

Many guests travel to Ypres by car. Our holiday home offers various parking options, including garage parking and nearby public parking spots. Please inquire in advance to reserve the best option for your stay. There are several public EV charging spots in the close neighbourhood

The holiday home is located in the heart of Ypres, within walking distance to all major sights such as the Menin Gate, the In Flanders Fields Museum, and the Cloth Hall. A detailed map with walking routes and attractions is available at the house.

In our vacation homes, pets are generally not allowed. However, exceptions may be considered upon request.

Our holiday home is fully equipped for your comfort. It features free WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, bed linen and towels, and a washing machine.

From the moment you arrive, relaxation begins. We personally welcome each of our guests, ensuring your stay starts in comfort and tranquillity.
