Luxury in Ypres

This was our second stay at Het Kabinet and it didn’t disappoint. This time we brought our children and their partners for a family Christmas together. Ypres is a beautiful city with lots to do and friendly people. Our host was responsive and the accommodation was spotless. We were well catered for with a beautiful home, all amenities as well as a stocked fridge and great kitchen. Our Christmas was amazing staying with Tibo and Steven and would highly recommend this AirBnb. We will be coming back. Thank you x

Absolutely loved our stay at Prestige. The house is amazing – beautifully decked out for Christmas and so calm and peaceful, yet only a few steps from the centre of Ypres. We were greeted with wonderful treats and goodies which made everything feel extra special from the moment we arrived. The four bedrooms are huge and incredibly comfortable, the whole place was immaculately clean and everything is finished to a really high spec. I just hope there’ll be availability for us to return because this has honestly been the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. Thank you so much for an incredible stay.

If we could give 6 stars, we would. Steven's property is absolutely gorgeous. It's 3 levels of everything we needed and more. It was spotlessly clean. Beer, wine, lollies, chocolate, maps, robes, slippers. Beds are super comfortable. Plenty of room to spread out. Steven and co-host Tibo were extremely accommodating in allowing us to check in early. Tibo provided us with restaurant recommendations which were great! The property is in walking distance of everything, the location is perfect for a visit to delightful Ypres, we absolutely loved our stay and cannot recommend this property highly enough!

Do not hesitate in booking this beautiful house! It’s absolutely stunning and more! Such attention to detail and so many goodies and stocked fridge. Few min walk to the square and lovely bakery delhi and cheese shop around the corner. Immaculately clean. Kids loved the vinyl player and poker set. Beds super comfy. Everything was Perfect!! Kabinet: Great location, just one road back from main square and all the restaurants and bars. The house is amazing, the stuff in the fridge and dotted about the house was not only unexpected but very tasty, you spoiled us all!
The garage made all the difference, the sauna was fab at the end of day walking around the battlefields! 
We thought the house was amazing, if anyone is reading this, just book it you will not be disappointed!!!!!

Prestige: This is the best luxury accommodation I ever booked on AirBNB. The house is beautifully decorated with lots of original details, high ceilings and beautiful furniture. The house is so well equipped that I could not think of anything that is missing. Steven and Kathy are such warm and kind hosts and took the time to show us the house and answer any questions. The big fridge with a great choice of free drinks was a very pleasant bonus, just as the private parking. Location is great, quite but 3 min walk from the central square in Ieper.

Prestige: Highly recommend this beautiful house in Ypres! It has a quiet, central location, high-end finish, and very welcoming hosts. Enjoy luxuries like a well-stocked fridge and chocolates. There are 4 large, air-conditioned bedrooms, three luxurious bathrooms, and a lovely courtyard garden. Perfect for visiting WW1 sites and close to the Menin Gate and excellent restaurants. This stunning house will not disappoint. Thank you, Steven and family. We would 100% return!

Kabinet: Amazing, super comfortable house with extra touches like bath robes, shower gel, and a generously stocked fridge with Belgian beers and sweet treats. Perfect location: 4 minutes to the Menin Gate and the main square with excellent restaurants and the Flanders Fields Museum. Ideal for visiting WW1 memorials and a short drive to Sanctuary Wood. Easy parking, even for our VW campervan. Highly recommend this house and Ypres!

Het Kabinet was a fantastic stay. Steven was helpful from booking to arrival, greeting us on time and showing us around. The garage nearby made parking easy. The house was incredibly comfortable with a welcome hamper, stocked fridge, sweets, slippers, and robes. The real fire, central heating, and sauna made us feel cozy. Located near the Cloth Hall and central attractions of Ypres, it's perfect for exploring. Highly recommended!

Het Kabinet is one of the most stunning properties we've stayed in. This stylish townhouse features incredible detail and luxury, including a sauna. The bedrooms and bathrooms exceed expectations. It's perfectly located, just a 2-3 minute walk from the Menin Gate and city center, yet in a tranquil side street. We appreciated the warm welcome, generous hamper, and Steven's excellent restaurant recommendations. Ideal for families or three couples. Highly recommended!
